What do you guys think I should do? I have the opportunity to trade my 07 CLS 550 for one of the following.

07 BMW M5
06 CLS 55 AMG
07 S 550

They all have the same milage as the CLS I already have and my bank is working on a staight up trade with no increase in payments.

What do you guys like and why?

Ahhhhhhhh CLS55! M5's power delivery SUCKS! S class is for 80 year olds and above.

I've never loved the CLS so I would take the M5 out of those 3.

I'd get the M5, pull all the performance mods off the E55 and replace that with the CLS55

Emoving's right - power deliver is the TOTAL OPPOSITE of the 55 and for every day real world (under triple digits) - there's a reason all the BMW guys go to superchargers; however, if I could work out a CLS 55 and an M5 - game over!!!!!!!!

I wish I could get both. That was the first idea with the E55 and the M5 "Game Over". My friend has a fully modded 09 M5 and it is bad ***. But he will tell you it has NO torque. He calls it a highway demon. And I'm not getting rid of my E55.

The MBZ 550 powerplant and the AMG 55 are totally different beasts?

The S class is nice but only with the AMG inspired bumpers. Im guessing that is part of an 'AMG appearance package'? At least that's what they called it in my e coupe.

CLS55!! for the torque and because it was only available in '06 so it's quite rare. But...go with the M5 if, like every other sane human being, you plan on taking the mountain road to work everyday or you insist on driving 130mph+ everyday.

Maybe an SL55? Like has been previously stated, you already have a fast sedan. Go for a convertible or a coupe.

M5 ! you already have E55 so try a M5 instead of getting other 55K

M5 has no torque, and the interior isn't that great. The CLS isn't going to be moded anyway. It's job is to just look pretty.lol My E55 will be on the track soon anyway. It only had 22,xxx miles on it when I got 6 months ago. So I'm gonna try to preserve it a little. I have a Navagator L also. I could drive that so that the miles don't rack up on the 55K's.

Sell the CLS550 and save up for a new biturbo CLS550 or CLS63 biturbo!

The CLS550 is my wifes car. So the CLS55 would still be hers. I would rather sell the Navigator for the new CLS.lol
