E63 vs Built STi
Here we go, my best run of this night, 12.8, there was a lot of problems with the track. Too many little pebbles ended up sticking to peoples tires and making its way on the track, and I was having real bad traction problems, even with my wider 18x10 rear Forgestars. I need DR's
Ok, I can't believe this, but I have it on video, I pulled away from a built STi! Stayed ahead until about 4th gear and he ends up passing me for the win. I need to put that kind of turbo in my STi
That STi ran 12.6 but earlier ran an 11.66 but i'm sure his clutch was molten hot after a few runs so my run in with him wasn't to bad for me.

I was supposed to go last night, but I ended up hanging with my lady. I wanted to see Hayden from Dyno-Comp's STI run after his last go around of mods. I haven't talked to Rich today, but did he race anything? Any idea what the White STI did last night? I know when Rich drives those Subaru's he can knock off almost a full second, just from the way he shifts.
Yesterday when Rich text me to meet at Speedworld. I went out to the Garage and looked at my Drag radials sitting at the bottom of 2 stacks of 4 tires/wheels each. I was like, "maybe next time" It is still a little hot to lay down anything good at Speedworld. I mean the track alone sits at like +1500ft and thats not even factoring in the D/A. I hear you on the like little pebbles. I swear they are the perfect size to get stuck in your tires.

Thanks everybody! 12.8 @110.4 which seemed really slow to me, Everyone was having trouble hooking up.
So far mod wise, I have only taken out the secondary cats and the resonator, and put seperate 3" straight SS pipes. sounds mean and when you don't get on it it's still mercedes quiet!
MBH- That run was against Rich's / dyno-comp's STi, that's the STi in the right lane! Earlier they ran an 11.66 but after a few runs, the clutch I believe started wearing on them. That's when I ran against them , they only ran a 12.6 that run in the first video.
Also, i'm doing this on half a real leg the other one is Carbon Fiber!

Man I can't express how happy I am for you. From all you have been through serving our country. A recipient of the Purple Heart and now you are out there enjoying some of the funner things in life. You deserve it. I hope Dyno-Comp and MBH can help contribute to bringing more fun to your life.

I seen rich at the track.
I didn't recognize him at first, and I just walked up there and asked what he ran, he turned around and said 11.66, and I was like "I know you! You worked on my Mercedes!"
I also seen another white hatch WRX and it was very quick, 13's or something like that.
I need to get my Stock 07 STi limited on the track before I start modding it, so I can document how much faster everything made me.
*edit* Rich wasn't driving, I forgot his name, but it was the other guy that raced me in that video, and I did pretty well, my reaction time's are what I'm still shocked at, granted it really doesn't matter, but it does in real world situations! .0483 was my best reaction

Best 60' Time I got was a 2.07 which I was really disappointed by. I remember last time I knocked it down into the 1.9's -1.8's and I was running closer to 12.7 or lower.
If you are talking about Drag Altitude, speedworld @ whittman, az is very high, it's like around at least 1500 feet? It was just a bad day for runs, but still fun nonetheless.

Nice run! Seems like you actually got decent traction, My car just loves to roast my wide tires in first and second. You looked like you gripped pretty nicely, If I could get mine to hook, i may be in the 12.6's also, best i've done is 12.7.
