Wish you could come out..would love to see you beat down some Mustangs! Im not prepared to runs 10s either on short notice.as I don't have my high HP tuning ready yet, but no matter what it will be good practicing launches, and seeing fellow car fanatics, etc. Saturday a.m. just happens to be one of the cooler ones of the week.

my car just ran 10's here in vegas again in vegas last wed
w/ +3300-3400ft da(10.94,10.96,10.98). i would love to take advantage of lower da. i cant get the time off,get a trailer, etc with short notice. driving out there on dr's and 100 octane @ 6.80gal might be a prob. how much is the race fee? and lets try to plan another in the coming months as i will def show. im sure sam will represent vegas well with a 9.5 pass in his gtr

Its only $108. I have been driving around on my "0" wear rating NTO5Rs for the last couple of months. (granted they are almost worn out now). I can't stand driving on regular street tires. You try and accelerate at 40-50 mph and they break loose to the point where it is irritating/dangerous. When you figure out how many gallons of fuel it takes you to go from Vegas to Bakersfield, and figure its a few dollars per gallon more, it really doesn't come out to that much. Probably $60-$80 max difference between driving there on 100octane vs 91 octane.

I'm quite certain there are going to be some very very fast cars there, but I don't think they will match the luxury/speed combination of the German cars.
