ok last noob questions , but need some advice
ive narrokwed down to what im going to do , but didnt find much luck with finding the information im looking for
im doing a 180mm crank pulley , a dyno tune from oe and a i/c pump with upgraded heat exchanger and split cooling system
i found the how to's on the crank pulley which seems easy enough , although im unsure if the 180mm is too big and can i drive it for a bit being careful and staying away from wot , since ill have to drive it to oe for the dyno tune. ill do the new bolt for sure and throw in a new belt while im there
i know there are a few options for heat exchangers but not sure what is my best option for size and if they have a direct bolt up one . (suggestions on place is also of some help) as well as removing the front bumper which seems like it may be a bit of a pita.
i know ill need some hose and different connectors for the splitting of the i/c split from the engine coolant . no bigge there, however im getting mixed results on if the i/c system and the engine cooling system are separated? if this mod is even worth it , i know ill need the new reservoir and all. now when one does wiring and changes the wiring to be on when the ign is on , where does the stock i/c pump wiring go ? will it set any codes not being hooked up ?
i/c pumps , i also see there are quite a few and have no problem splicing i just want this to be a one and done thing where the pump will be strong and last.
if there are any sponsers id be glad to support , the quote on the install of this is a bit high for me a diy'er and a mechanic for a living . sorry if these are all newb questions but i really want to learn and what better way to get my hands dirty . i already plan on buying the crank holding tool or if anyone has one they want to rent since i dont plan on doing this more than once.
any other input is appreciated.

I best let the E55K guys chime in with the particulars…
