Nice pulleys, Kudos ACG
Just had installed 3 new pulleys from ACG San Diego. Also did the supercharger bearing.
I had the infamous double pulley serviced as well as the supercharger idler changed out with billet pieces. All 4 pieces cost less than just the double pulley alone from MB.
Find them here:

Nice work ACG!

The pulleys were $125 each, made of billet aluminum and seem to be worthy of aircraft duty! The bearing was about $80. Pretty serious looking bearing, I might add.
MB wanted $459 for JUST the double pulley assembly (plastic wheels) alone. So for < $500 I got all 3 pulleys and the bearing shipped, and they are far better than the stock pieces.
I mentioned hearing of them on this message board, and if being really cool wasn't enough, they took an additional 10% off!
Needless to say the car is quieter and smoother, or maybe it's just in my head.

I have to add: For the newcomers that don't know, this is a MUST on these cars. They are known for eating these parts and leaving you stranded. The stock parts weren't up to MB quality as far as I'm concerned. My car has 75k on it, and from the threads I have read I'm lucky it wasn't in the "exploded view" yet. My stock double pulley was lunched, it had about 3/8" runout!

Do you still have belt whine? I have it real bad when cold and wondering, like everyone probably has at some point, if it is the pulleys, water pump, or belt.... I have a full 100K mile warranty though, so would putting aftermarket pullies on it void anything I wonder? hm.... Thanks for the post, ACG is right down the street from me, might go by there.

Nope, no whine. I can't see how the pulleys would void a warranty, they are the same as stock except made better. If they were a performance upgrade, I might understand...but then again they may fight you on it either way.
