I find it hilarious that they have the audacity to do this to one of the forum's greatest contributors. All he's done is help people with their cars and taught them how to make more power, fix their cars and answered questions. Without Shardul there would be a big gaping wound in W211 AMG and mbWorld so he wins at the end of the day because if you don't want his contribution which brings alot of people to the forum then GTFO. Having members like him is not your right, it's a privilege but hey what can we expect when they put children in charge of a forum

Manager,,, was with Internet brands and mod was a GM mod. We reviewed the banning of Shardul over dinner. BTW, internet brands owns this site and many other auto forums now on the net.

Here is the big problem and conflict between us members and the fight for forum profits. We have a niche car market and very few companies want to spend money to develop good products and at fair price for us. For my CL, there has been almost nothing available. Being a passionate performance guy, that specializes in product development and business development for many industries, I spend my own money to make what I need /want for my car. Many shops have profited form this and it also helped grow our aftermarket.

I am about to spend another 30K (of my money) on making all new performance parts for our engines and cars but not going to post ANY of my findings on this forum. (will on other forums). It is clear that I will get banned, if I make one great part for my car and a few extras to motivate the MFG to set up his machines, then sell those EXTRA parts to friends to have.. VIA pm`s!!!


When I have something made for my car, I know it is damn good! It is made for my car with passion and not to find how many 100% margin I can mark up a crap product that may fall off , damage, blow up or hurt my car.

Bruce at TTM also cares and is making some nice NICHE products. There have been others but they were run off the forum or not supported and left..

I am working on 11 new go fast products for my car now, you saw and heard about some for the Texas mile as well.

Shardul found a good shop to custom make headers and I went with him to spec the design and make sure a great blower header for the 55 came out. Many of us have bolt on issues, leaks, to expensive or not enough power from our headers. This is the member passion that leads to great prodcuts, that get tested and dynoed by members!!! This work grows our format and helps vendors at the same time. Then for no reason, Shardul is banned and another great idea/product leaves this forum.. NOW that is GREAT business fellas!!!!

Who gets to choose the moderators?? I say Shardul should be a moderator. But then again, he has full access and control on other forums, and even with that he is hear helping and promoting mbworld. My statement is simply this - if he's banned/suspended - then ALL OF HIS CONTRIBUTIONS - HIS DIY's; HIS INSIGHT; ALL OF HIS VALUE (WHICH CAN BE EQUATED TO DOLLARS GENERATED FOR THIS FORUM) SHOULD BE REMOVED. Why should the company that owns the site be able to generate revenue off of his efforts while he's deemed "unwelcome" by being banned/suspended. . .

His contributions have had a snowball effect - because of him I have my car. Because of him, I have engaged in a methodical plan for modification of this platform. Because of him I have been able to contribute to the forum and provide information relating to this platform which has helped the forum by providing information about the process and platform.

As evidenced by this thread, I am obviously not alone. Losing him is short sighted because he has practiced what we all believe. . .your legacy is written by THOSE YOU HAVE HELPED, NOT BY THOSE WHO HAVE HELD YOU DOWN. Making a mistake doesn't make you foolish. . .not correcting it when there's overwhelming evidence as to why you should. . .where I come from. . .they call that "f#$king stupid". . .

You guys are looking at this all wrong see, what MBWorld is trying to do is kill their modding community while also reducing their number of members. I mean, we all know that modding communities reduce the popularity of car enthusiast forums because REAL car enthusiasts like to buy and keep cars unmodified and drive safely 20mph under the speed limit to make sure that the engine never revs to that oh-so scary redline. So when you look at it from this TOTALLY logical standpoint, MBWorld is actually just promoting the preservation of our cars. Because when you are running a 195 pulley you are probably hitting the redline all the time, and this website just can't have that and all. You know, being a place for REAL car enthusiast. In other words, sounds like they just hella butthurt about Sharduls beast *** 55. And you know when your rolling a beast so baddass that even the forum is hatin' that sometimes you just have to take a leave of absence so the the jealousy can subside.

I think that got my point across...

If not I'll summarize. Haters gon hate, and mbworld hatin' hard.
