Not to beat a horse here but he is a great guy with a lot of knowledge who is willing to share with you whether your a client or just picking his brain. Can't say enough about his service, my project has been going on in phases and his service has been second to none. I can't say it any simpler. Just pick up the phone........it's really is the best way!!

Actually, Bruce's customer support is among the best I've ever experienced.
I'm installing a TTM fuel rail, fuel injectors, and throttle body this weekend. I actually started last weekend but had to put it aside to deal with a leaky shower.
I had a question about separating the supercharger from the intercooler so I called him on the phone a few minutes ago--5:00 PM on a Saturday--and he gave me the info I needed.
How many vendors give no-charge customer support on a weekend? Bruce is among the rare few that are happy to do so.

i have also been sending him e-mails with no replies from him.
i thought something bad happened.
i really need some of his good products.
his service was 100% perfect and i posted that about it comparing with other companies/vendors i dealt with.
