I was wondering that too. There are so many frickin electronics, I would be worried I would pull the seat, and the car would turn into a pickup...

Thank You. Good luck tomorrow at MIR.
Bk- Huge Congrads once again
I should've snatched that seat from you last year Looks good man
I have left you alone on the text messages since i can imagine how busy you are replying to the threads. Enjoy the moment and get ready to get back out there again...oh and don't forget to change your oil and spark plugs after such a rigorous day
I admire the way some have questioned the MODS/WEIGHT as usual, trying to take away from the facts! And wait until you go faster all the "N2O" will make act of presence. Gotta love the forums!!
Now go get you some skinnies or talk to Hagie about his idea

No worries about the other stuff, I put on my Nomex suit before posting this thread...fire away!
Bruce did a fantastic job out there.
Thank You.
Thanks Izzy
Thank You, and yes, this was not a one man show. A big kudos to Bruce and Ron for all the wrenching they put in the weeks leading up to track day.

Last week I was showing one of my friends some pics of my past rides and came across my timeslips I had put away with them. The slip on the left is from '92 on my '87 GSXR 1100 which admittedly I could not launch for crap. This was my first time and only time at the track on a two wheeler. The slip on the right is from my '71 427 Nova street car.
Kind of ironic, .99, .89, and now a .79....go figure!

BK, did the whole srs freak out? I would love to run my beast daily with some nice race sparcos but I am wondering how to get around the computer issues. The srs is still available in the steering wheel, a pillars, passenger dash etc so it would still be safe in my opinion.

Some guys go to Test and Tune days. Sometimes they look the other way, other times they say: buh bye!! The 1/8 I run locally has a rule that if you run under 7.5 you need a roll cage and drive shaft loop. I have not been kicked off yet. I have gotten "The look"

For the past year I have been running a heat exchanger which was flat and thin. That h/e mounted directly in front of the radiator, which prevented me from trying the scoops. The h/e in the photo is brand new and would allow me to run the scoops, but Bruce is currently sold out....
I'll see if I have a pic on this computer.
