The seller doesn't mention a warranty, so I assume there is none. I think he's optimistic on the selling price, but not enough to be in the wrong universe. Certainly worth looking at and starting negotiations if interested.

Ad says all options, however I do not see rear sun shades or distronic.
Didn't the 2006 E55 also have the bullet proof option availible? I think it was a $170K option over base.... maybe I am wrong.![rolf](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rofl.gif)
Add should read: Not Bullet Proof!!!

AMG LOL may have been finding 03/04's for a lot less with a lil more mileage. The fact that its an 06 still makes it worth a lil more on the used market over earlier years. Eventually this difference in value changes as the vehicles get older and older, but these are not at that point yet.

spoke to the seller via text and warranty expired in April of this year. End of the day, asking price is always negotiable, it just starts the ball rolling. If i had a choice between the 05 that i purchased 11 months ago, i'd probably go with this one.

2006 E55 AMG
I would go for it. I just got my 06 with similar options and 60k miles. They were asking around the same price which is higher than most other cars but knocked off over $4k when negotiating. Go for it!

Are all of those options really worth a $10k difference? When you're buying a car in this price range, $10k is a pretty big difference to me. It's not like you're buying this car brand new where it would the $10k difference isn't a great portion of it.
I wasn't trying to create conflict.. I was just stating that I found some $10k cheaper.. maybe some of us don't care about pano roof, white color, etc. and wouldn't mind saving that $10k for a killer warranty and some wheels.

Each has his own opinion in the cars but 06 E55K in $24K range is way too low. Sometimes when the price is too low, there is always story behind. People here are just telling you to be careful when time to purchase a E55K. Its not a easier fix and reliable as Lexus. The market price for 06 which is the last year of 55 should be around $26k to $30k depend on mileage, condition and package. Good luck !
