Brighter Headlights?
I have an '05 with factory HIDs. They are still not bright enough for me. Does anybody have any suggestions?
I've tried upgrading to 6000k bulbs, but i don't think it did anything. These are definitely not as bright as my Range Rover. Any help would be appreciated.

6000k=less light
It is your vantage point, and the hight of the headlamps in the RR that makes them seem brighter. All OEM HID/Bi Xenon low beam head lamps use the same 35 watt bulb @ 4300k.

Its the projector... its just an older car- almost 7 years old since you have a 2005.
My 2010 W212 E63 lights up the street... you could do an aftermarket bulb aka 55w HID bulb and balasts?

55W and your golden. I brighten up the road and easily outshine other Mercedes and Lexus OEM HID . Even end up lining up with them on the freeway just to to compare. Get a quality kit, not some cheap Ebay Chinese kit with a 20 minute warranty.

I just upgraded my 4300k HIDs to 5000k. Very happy with the upgrade. Light output seems crisper with a brighter hue than the stock bulbs.
