The Autobahn brings me joy. The A6 is about five minutes from my house.

it's good to know all u guys r like me too, I thought I was a bit insane but now I feel so much better.

 

I hit 120 yesterday on a stretch of back road yesterday I blew by a Ford F350 dually. I am sure he was like WTH was that? I came up to a lot of traffic so I had to slow down, but would have loved to kept going. I know what you guys mean about telling people you hit 100 frequently and they look at you like you are crazy. I tell them that if I have my cruise set at 63 when I am in a 55 zone and come up to someone I want to pass, when I hit the gas and it kicks down, I am usually at the 90/100 mark in a matter of just a second or two and that my vehicle was designed for these speeds and feels just as safe at 120 as it does at 55... Not to mention, there are quite a few highways around here with a speed limit of 70 and most are doing right around 80... 100 isn't that much of a stretch....

 

Too often. Never any traffic up here in the granite state. I guess that's why I need new rear tires already.
