Voltage Regulator or BCM ????

Im back from my diagnosis:
The blue wire that plugs into the alternator has no voltage with the key in position 2 - it should. He thinks it may be the BCM and doesnt have the tool to reprogram it, so Im off to the dealer tomorrow AM.
He pulled up several codes, one of which is "the supply voltage of the control unit is too low"
