im looking into getting an e55 is there any year i should look at that had less problems and what are the main problems on these cars beside cooling and the air suspension? also is it correct that with a 180mm pulley tune and cooling package from eurocharged these cars can make 550 to the wheels or is that too much

its more like tune, pulley, TB, headers, cooling mods, injectors, etc to get 550 wheels. Search first! You'll find everything you have questions about if you search.

Also, depends on the dyno. You'll typically see higher numbers on a dynojet than on a mustang or dyno dynamics.
