Stephens, very correct... it does exactly what I want it to do and fits my bill of needs perfectly. As for our young friend, it's fun playing with trolls but this one doesn't seem to know when to stop and is now belaboring the point. So, hopefully one day he'll be able to know the joy of owning his own car. All the better if it's an RS6. I just hope the wheels don't fall off it coming out of the dealership forecourt.

I'm an Audi man too,with the difference that I owned most of them before.
In daily driving(that's where these cars spend 99.99% of their life)E55 will "beat the crap" out of RS6.
In real life that advantage will be relatively minuscule and a good driver in RS6 will "beat..."out of bad driven E55.
But things being equal,E55 is always faster.(you don't always race other cars around the cones like some car mags do)
Winter or rain is another story,but good tires tend to equalize things a bit.
Personally,I would probably pick RS6 if only it wasn't the last year of production.(I'm vain,I like driving the newest)

By the way, if I were deciding between the Audi RS 6 and the Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG, I would take the Mercedes-Benz only because there is a new Audi A6 on the way. I don't want to buy a car now only to find it "outdated" in a year.
