E55 then E63, now back to an E55
sexy car for sure.
but how come NEARLY everybody with a 55k car is always missing their front engine cover piece ??
never figured out what is up with that ??
wheels do look killer as do the tinted headlights....

(one question as you have already answered two questions I was toying with - 1) what tint did you use for the headlights (%, color). . .painting the chrome around the fog lights black. . .was going to do it anyway - didn't know how it would turn out - LOOKS SICK - JUST LIKE ALL YOUR 55's)

those wheels look so good on the e55. Wow best w211 I seen yet.
UOTE=mchapparone;4948694]I now know that of all the cars that I own, I will always have to have an AMG in my garage. After owning a W211 E55 wagon followed by my W211 Flint Grey E55 (which I believe most of you may know about it) I felt a gT void not having an E55 in my stable.
I was (and still am) looking for a CLK Black Series and during my search I figured I'd look for another E55 during the progress. So I put a feeler out and Charlie (930Chas) emailed me one day about Tal's (tgoss) E55. Charlie had the car in Maryland and after spending time thinking about it the car was on an enclosed transport to sunny San Diego. During the process and up to this day I've had the opportunity to have a lot of contact with both Charlie and Tal and I'm so happy that this board, as well as the car, has brought us together.
The car came to me and it was perfect. Tal really did an incredible job modding this car. I could have left it as it was, but I have a bit of a problem with "keeping things the way they are" so the day the car came off the transport I started in with adding my own personal touch to the car.
There is a lot more to come with this car (new HRE's are being built as I type, and I have been working with ACG and Kleeman to figure out the next step on the already built engine) and after two months of ownership this is where I'm at with it.

Agreed, your whip is perfect. I just got my silver E63 with the P30 package and I want every mod you did but im gonna start with small ****.
Howd you get rid of the yellow reflectors?
did you have the strip above the reflectors painted black?
What percent tints do you have?
I hope mine can look as sick as yours.
