IF you want it wide with alot of lip Its not going to work without fender work. I've tried a ton of combinations and alot of tire stretch and alot of camber still isnt enough. Here is my car i built for our SEMA booth. I wanted subtle flares so people couldnt tell unless you have a shrp eye.
20x10 front and 20x12 rear 20 offset
Photo doesnt do justice but the rear lip is 6"

Some shots during the build. Notice the the fender work.

BTW its a E550 and not an AMG. Please dont flame just here to give some advise.

The flare was originally done around a 305-25-20 tire but after I did the BBK the hat on the rotor was 3/16" thicker than the factory rotor so it pushed the wheel out 3/16". So I had to change the tire to a 295-25-20. The fronts are 245-30-20
Thanks alot for all the compliments guys! It was alot of work even though the car doesnt look that wild.

Completely agree with you about the frustrations of not being able to run low offsets.![action](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/action1.gif)

Anyhow, i recently bought at set off of a SL550, don't know the offset or width but it looks alot like your bro's wheels on your E....but doesn't stick out as much (rear) as yours...

I will send you some more tomorrow since you know how to post (btw, how u do that?).....I just got the wheels mounted like 3 hours ago, had to buy 5mm spacers for the front due to SL500 offset (wheel didn't clear caliper) and now it is like 3mm gap, YIKES! But it works....haha....
And I think with a lil fender work or 25 series tire will fit it just right.....

Its kinda a trade secret but its not film. I use this method to tone down the chrome. Its also on the tail lights but very lightly to tone down the red. PM me and I'll let you know.

2009 W211 E350 AMG Sport PKG
Reviving this awesome thread. I have HRE's off of an SL and they sit exactly the same as your bro's 360 Forged.
After seeing that other W211 running 12.5 + flared fender...makes me wonder if I should just run the 11's and flare out the fenders. Input?
The $ I save on buying new rear tires & new lips + rechroming would probably amount to fender work no?
SICK 211's..

Well... didn't quite work lol but always wondered what it would look like on the e55! No fair, we can't run stupid low offsets ![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Although tons of room in the wheel well, and about 1.25" gap from spoke to the brake caliper... 20x11 could definitely work, but maybe a ET33? I know a member is running ET31 but looks like it would rub a lot...
305/25 tire... 20x11 ET28 (I think) sticks out about 1.5" ish

also, the 12.5 isn't just a "flared fender" there is major body work/custom widebody to make those work.
