I wasn't so much drving that car, as much as I was trying to keep the contents of my colon.....well.....inside my colon. Honestly it was all the car. I just:
Pointed
Aimed
Fired
Boom. Boom, indeed

Truly awesome runs .. didn't think a full weight E55 AMG would make those times without engine mods or at least some nitrous ... I'd be happy just hanging in the 11s Congrats to all involved!

I was ignoring your request because I want to keep this thread on track, yes, pun intended lol. The focus should not be on the car, but on the group of guys who all helped put it together, made a great event even better, and helped get her down the 1320.
I started my last 1/4 mile thread with the same intention and the whole question and answer session took away from that.
Whether you have a 10, or 9, or even an 8 second car, what good would it be if you didn't have the support of family, friends, and respect from fellow enthusiasts? So, sit back, relax and this week I will post a new thread on just the car, ok.

I don't want to use your first name on a public forum without asking so please don't take offense to me referring to you as Nova.
I spent most of my time talking with you in the Am, and as you know, alot of it didn't revolve around the cars. You are a great guy, and the rest of the community should be aware of that. Thanks for hanging out and bs'ing with me as we got everything together.
Please keep in mind that you "pinky sweared" not to say anything....lol
Anyone else, come on out next time. My hood, trunk, doors, and my ears, are always open.

Thanks Hammer! I have the utmost respect for you and what you have accomplished in "stock" trim.
They say the best predictor of the future is the past.
Going by your past records, I have little doubt that whatever your set your sights on, you will exceed your own expectations!

Agree w/what you said, nothing to hide in the car regarding performance mods and pretty much whoever was there could see what you had. Honestly, i'm quite surprised to see how nice/kind the members on here i have met in person are vs cocky/arrogant. Oh, forgot that we dont drive BMWs, but Mercedes!
