Unfortunately SuperSprint only tested the full systems, however SuperSprint's mufflers are straight through. You should feel safe knowing these will not lose power - however rear mufflers should be considered as a look and sound upgrade over a complete performance upgrade.

In the US, all 2007 to 2009 model year E63s use the W211 chassis and M156 engine (6.3 NA). Model years 2010 and 2011 E63 have the same engine (M156) but use a different chassis (W212). And despite the engine is the same, the header system from one will not fit on the other. Model year 2012 E63s and up get the M157 engine (5.5L TT).
In Europe, I believe it goes from 2006 to 2008 W211 M156 E63s then 2009 and 2010 use the W212 M156 E63s, and finally the 2011 to 2012 W212 E63s get the M157 (new engine). I hope that was confusing enough because I myself am confused
