How did the "Saturday night car scene" work out?? Any friendly digs or rolls?

I will chime in, since I was there front and center Forrest Gump9, Evolved, BIP's Blown M5 and myself rolled into the lot around 12.30am. There were tons of cars there, some on trailors, import crowd, american muscle, bikes, everything was fair game, the trip was long, but Mexico was well worht it.

We walked around for a while and when a Kenne Belle Terminator pulled in, Steve (Evolved) looked at me, and we knew what was about to happen. We walked over there and it was a 2.2 KB cobra making around 600rwhp, so stats were exchanged and a friendly roll setup.

The roll was between Evolved's E55 and the KB Cobra, so Steve went to the gas station and picked up a couple bags of ice. When he got back the cobra guy started to look a little frazzled, as he did not know about the trunk mount

At this point we rolled out, Steve, cobra guy and forrest gump9, and I went in a lead car. I was so damn excited, that I did not even think to jump in my E55, it would have been epic to have 4 wide, 3 e55's and one twin screw cobra going at it. We sped ahead 1/2 mile, Steve, the cobra, forrest gump, and the M5 slowed the traffic way down to about 40mph, and then in the distance, you could see both head lights raise up in the darkness, it was on mang They were coming fast and to my amazement Evolved was 3 cars ahead by 140mph, I believe. Steve's car pulls damn hard, as I ran it in the 1/4 at track day, and on the street which I will get to in a little bit.

Next up was Steve against Forrest Gump, for those that dont know, Forrest has some nasty mods on his car, so I wont disclose what they are, but again, I was in the chase car behind them. We slowed traffic done to a 30mph role, and they both took off going sideways, stayed side by side to well over 100mph. It was insane to see two stage 3 beasts squatting and getting it at 1am, holding hands down the freeway, duking it out.

Finally Steve and I got some a run in after we went back and got my car. He had a passenger and I was alone, but we went from a 30mph role to about 140mph. He got the hit, and held me till about 100mph where I came around him, I did not see where the pull ended as we climbed on the brakes hard to make the exit. We also lined them up at the track night, where he hole shotted me from the tree, we both were going sideways out the hole, but stayed in it, while blowing the tires down the track. He gripped first, and I felt my rear coming around fast, but you know how it is, I stayed in it, and she settled down but he was gone, I think he beat me by half a car through the traps. It was epic, and even though the track was slick, I had an amazing time going sideways out the hole and trying to keep the car out the wall

was a hell of a weekend. The girls all got to drive my car multiple times and according to the slips we put down 24 passes in her! (heat soaked to all hell!)
