FAWK ME! Well, gonna miss an epic time it seems. Having surgery in the morning to repair a torn bicep tendon. One that I tore while installing headers on the new car, just to have it done for Timmayfest...oh the irony! Have a great time boys, next year I guess!

That's likely a false alert, I believe it's a K-Band alert; unsure of the frequency however, it goes off every time I pass through there. It's most likely a traffic flow monitor, unless of course there are physical officers there. There are several flow monitors around the city.

Soooo....being an idiot, I somehow missed seeing this was happening this weekend until someone said, 'Mitch...you are Canadian...why aren't you in Ohio drinking at that Timmy meet with the other AMG idiots,' and I had to kick myself for forgetting. So if I got there tomorrow, how much cool stuff is going down, and would I have to sleep in my car when it was done because there would not be any rooms nearby?

Just finished doing a friendly roll-on from 60 with Andy's MHP SLS.
He honked it off, and the SLS immediately jumped out to a full car, then slowly pulled away up to about 140ish. Probably had me by 3 full cars when we shut it down. 2 pulls, same result. I was slow to react both times, but I don't think it would've mattered. Even if I jumped, he'd have come around me on the big end.
Both cars were on 93 octane, 88*, My IAT were 14x at start of pulls. Both cars had 1 passenger.
The SLS had just been previously flogged hard by me, prior to the runs. Fun car....

Met andy from mhp too, thanks bucasa well, he threw me the keys to his e63 biturbo with his tune and mid pipe. Car was at 613 rwhp, it is violent. The tranny shifts so effing fast, you guys are in for a major surprise. I ran the fastest time at the track with a 11.72@125mph and 1.97 60 ft.....track prep was like an ice skating rink.
