California SMOG and Tuners... do they co-exist?
Ok - first off, I'm still sub-100 posts and learning lots from the forums...
How many of you guys modding and still have to pass smog tests?
these cars are old enough now to have the bi-annual testing done...
what's everyone's preference without having to call the smog judge?
