Forgot to post the completion.

Comparison to the smaller tank I had in the front bumper area.
This little tank I had isn't even as thick as the most narrow part of the new tank. You could probably fit right around 6 of those little thanks volume in the new tank.
And lines connected.

Nicely done. Seeing the washer reservoir got me thinking...
Does anyone know the capacity of the washer reservoir? This might be a lightweight and efficient way of increasing the capacity of the SC cooling system. At least for those that NEVER use this system like me!

You have sir have given me an idea on my S55. Looks good and you did a great job witht the fit and finish. Like you said, it was something for you and that's all that matters. Your just lucky enough to have access to the free stuff. Good on you. Keep up the "out side the box" thinking!!!!!
