I believe the K40 RL series have this feature, or something similiar, like 20MPH or below. Not sure if the Escort 9500ix does. I just started researching various detectors and jammers.

I wonder if Marcus has any input?

I'd considered getting savvy for my V1, but I have an older version 3.813 which seems to be a coveted model. I understand savvy will mute with my unit, but it will not unmute which is a total deal breaker for me. Savvy is much better with newer V1s with ESP technology.
