Stage I power gains? Kleemann etc.
I am wondering what kind of power/torque gains you guys are seeing with a 168 pulley and tuning?
I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for, maybe cause I can't search well.
I was thinking 80HP/100TQ crank gains? Maybe 60rwhp/80rwtq? More?
Is it safe/relible to run the Kleemann StageI with just an EC H/E and Johnson pump and everything else stock on the car?

stage 1 on any tuner would net you about 40-50whp and 60-80rwt with a 168 pulley and that setup you have is the safest there is.
Adding a bigger pulley,TB,headers and intake will make more power but will tax the engine a little more.

Track was PBIR, it was a nice cool night temps around 60 with little humidity.
There's a E55 (motorkas) with a similiar setup running low 11's..his sig reads
"Kleemann headers, Kleemann 168 pulley, custom OE tune, CF intake tubes, K&N filters, Eurocharged HE = 11.26 @ 123.7"
168 I think is the safest pulley you can run with the correct tune of course.I would go with fuel rail and injector upgrade before going with anything larger than a 168.

I run a Kleeman 168, EC Tune, Long tubes, and upgraded HE. I think it's a "safe" setup...and am extremely happy with the power.

A 168mm is definitely an under rated pulley. It makes big gains, safely, consistently and as you can see by Motorkas's beast, it will get you deep into the low 11's![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Pullejo has also taken many prisoners on the track and street with that setup, along with scaring the hell out of people at outside bars with his fly bye's..... EPIC WIN!!!
