San Diego dyno day
Anyone interested in doing a dyno run next week? Bramage and I are talking about doing one at the Dyno Shop in Santee. I've got a friend with an Evo X that just got some mods done and he's in, too. If we can get several cars, I can call this place, block off a chunk of time, and negotiate for a discount. Trying to gauge interest. If interested, what dates/times are good for you?

Might move the event to ACG and turn it into a BBQ/M&G. Deets pending. I like this idea because it means a < 5-minute drive for me.
Anyone interested in showing up even if you don't dyno?

I'd probably been down for the dyno day more than the M&G just cause I want to dyno. Just depends on my schedule, but I could more than likely do a Saturday afternoon (I work every sat morning)..

I'm in no rush, so any weekend is fine. I have current numbers as of last Saturday.. But I want to see what this other file looks like.
I sent some logs to Jeremey after last weekends dyno tune. He wanted to see how it looked on the road. Looked very good (to me), but I'll leave the expert diagnosis to him. So maybe test 3 flashes
..."Bramage, get off the dyno already, we ran out of food, and you are still ****in around...."

I've exchanged words with James @ ACG and the price will be $75 per car if we have at least 5 cars. Now we just need to pick a date. I propose the first or second weekend in February. Post up if you'd rather have it on a Saturday or Sunday and add to the list if you plan on having a run on the dyno.

I can probably do either of those weekends with enough notice but couldn't roll in until about 1pm. not sure if that would work.. let me know.

James had a stock E63 on his dyno and that car was putting down 380WHP.
Like all Mustang dyno it is going to be around 10% less than a dynojet.

OK, just talked with James... we're looking at the 18th since only two of us have rogered up for this or next weekend. Going to post this in the C63 section to see if we can get some others to come out.
IF YOU WILL MAKE IT ON THE 18th, PLEASE POST UP!
Dyno list:
1. Denroll
2. Bramage
3. Erik (Evo X... now an M3)

For comparison purposes, I just ran on this dyno today and best pull I believe was 444whp/417wtq. Nice seeing you James and thanks for all your efforts.

C63, C300, 911TT x 3, 911 C2 x 2, 911SC, SL65, SL500, 280SL Plus some trucks
I'm definitely coming. I'll bring as many cars as I can find people to drive them. If people want to help, I need drivers for a 996TT, a 993 C2 (baseline before SC install), a 930 Turbo, a 930 C2 baseline and a Mercedes SL500 (just for the heck of it).
Do each of these qualify for BBQ?![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
