I'm not sure about this one.. I've worked with all kinds of glues and the grip of that belt on the pulley (in your case the other belt) will be too hard. It will make the glue crack apart because the rubber, while taut, is still soft and pliable. I think it will last as long as there's no real load on it.

Anyways, Godspeed!

BTW, what pulley size did you like best?

Guys this is not long term i just need it to try different boist levels.i really think a true 170-72 mm pulley is optimal.

Im not worrying about the belt flying off as much as the glue letting go.i used some cement expoxy and that ***** is on tight but like a poster said above rubber on rubber will have so much grip that it will prolly come apart in less than 10 s/c engages.

And to the guy that wants to bet i have a 6 rib belt on my car for the ladt 3k miles that is riding in the midle of the crank pulley and still has not come off.the lip is no where near the belt.if the belt is to long it will fly off.

Kinda sad to say but one of my buddies used to sell these on EBAY and made some pretty descent money doing it too. He was reselling some sort of fan from a car HVAC system and painting it and flipping em for around $200 and buying em for like $30. The damn kids buying em would even reply that they could really feel a difference. I guess since the buyers actually thought it somehow helped and they were happy he wasn't totally ripping em off, but I still told him he was.

damn kid get off my dick

Just to let you know I have a machine shop making me custom pulley sizes and guess what?a 165mm might be the sweet spot for people that dont even want to run a tune and just up the boost.

let me know when your K car breaks 540whp or better yet go make a drive video of you redling 3rd in this cold winter to see how good your tune is

did you honeslty think I was going to run a glued pulley on my car after all the pos pullies I went threw with eurocharged?

this was a way to play with boost for cheap.

I am making a 165mm kit and a 170mm kit

IM a ****ing douch bag? for what telling you you dont have a kleemann tune?

Have I ever talked **** about anything you have done?I even supported your ice box and all the **** you have done.

please bro I get about 20 pms a about people asking me questions with there cars and I do my best to help them out.

the most important ****ing thing on your car is the tune, not the pulley, headers, intake

if you have a ****ed up tune you will blow the ****ing car up.do you ****ing get that you ****?

stop ****ing trolling my threads and get a life

good luck with your kleemann K2 with its custom tune thats not from kleemann

I even sent this punk a pm about the tuning and he still keeps starting **** on the forums while I tried to keep this in pm.

and my pulley kit will sell good becasue its a e55 pulley with a bigger ring put on without welding(that could throw ballance off)and will be made exactly like a renntech for almost nothing in cost.

If somebody who sells the products says something, I will go by that, and not by somebody who has a kleemann tune and thinks he is god. **** if your car is so crazy why arent you running sick 1/4 miles like rest of the big boys? Talk is cheap.

I've never had a problem with you, but when you come on a thread and try to put me down, sorry I dont take **** online or in person, you can best believe that, ask anyone on here that knows me in person...

Anyways stay out of my face Ill stay out of yours.. you keep egging me on, i wont stop.

Oh and one more thing, I dont appriciate you bad mouthing eurocharged over pms, if you have a problem with them, please contact Jerry directly.

you are the one that keeps egging me on and posting **** in my threads

all I said is how do you have a K car without a K tune and you went crazzy.

bring your car to newengland and show me what your car can do.Im sorry I never took out my seats and stripped everything out the trunk and installed the lightest battery in the world to run that golden 10 second pass but its not worth it when I get more traction on the street than I do at my local track.

ask dima, andrew and jimp how much traction they get at our track
