Oh meant to say for the White E55...for the salvage, I won't need a loan. I can just sell my car to the guy who wants mine now. Of the white one,i def. want to buy that one first before selling mine since I want to swap parts over...

Maybe Marcus should return the $50 from the Djrabbi challenge to fund the "Djrabbi non salvage E55 fund"? I don't understand saving a few thousand now, to get into a salvage car? If your going to take out a loan to get the car anyway, leveraging a few thousand more shouldn't be a problem. Might be a few years before the gf gets a rock, when you have a blowout airmatic and have to pay for it.

No warranty and a salvage E55, with not a lot of money for maintenance doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I don't know which is worse you getting this E55 or johncy getting a cl65.

Guess you didn't read my post from above since it was sent at the same time probably. That salvage is pretty much out of the question since that white E55 does have clear title and almost same mileage. In which, I do agree with your post 100%
