Are you talking about one car in particular? cause mine runs 15+* of timing with little to no knock retard ( although during winter, which isn't cold at all here in PR, the knock has gone up somewhat ).

the key is keep that aircharge low bet there is alot left in these tunes on these cars. Just a bigger intercooler res tank drops aircharge by alot.

I guess your right it's $500 or possibly new motor. Lol

Fuel rails Aren't really higher flowing are they? I thought they just equalize the fuel pressure because of the added return loop.

But a Kleemann tune is not maxing out the power so I doubt the fuel is an issue. That is why Kleemann is a safe bet, they don't really push the envelope too much. Thats is also why I wont have the fastest E but that is not what I am looking for either. If I want a fast as hell car, I would have a Z06.

They equalize the pressure better and add a little more volume but DO NOT fix the problem. The problem is we need higher volume fuel rails(larger inside diameter). I'm working on high flow high volume billet fuel rails as we speak. We've done lots of testing and found out that a looped rail isn't much better than stock in terms of fuel flow to the injector and keeping the proper amount of fuel/pressure in the rail on WOT runs. I don't think this would cause a problem on a stock car but modified its a must.

What is interesting is with all the mods you have, BK beat your time on just a K2 car. Oh and it didnt blow up with stock injectors. I think your blanket statement is BS.

I could care less what you think as most of us already do. Maybe i have more mods than that, maybe i don't. The point is did you spend your money on testing things to get real results and not speculation? No you didn't. Its funny you always have something smart/negative to say to EVERYONE and thats about it. BK used Ahmads tires that day and the plan was to use them later but he left with them and i had traction problems all day. Is my car faster than his??? We will see wont we. Is my car faster than yours? Everyday of the week so keep spending all your time on here trying to be the class clown and harass everyone It just gives me something to laugh at

i was talking about those 2 cars without cooling in summer heat, if you're running 15* timing it is best safe timing, stock e55 has 14-15* timing and also it means you're car not retarding and not knocking, no heat issue, if it has knock you'll see timing below 10.

This is all great info! I'm going to wait on doing all the big HP mods until I have everything and then do it all at once and get the tune dialed in.

MBH LT
MBH X-PIPE
MBH Monster Heat Exchanger
Electronic Exhaust Cutouts
82MM TB
550 Injectors
190 Pulley
AirBox
Heat Wrapped Intake Tubes
OE Tune

Missing anything??

don't be scared at all! kleemann runs the proper amount of timing to make safe power! timing has killed far more 55k motors than injectors.

you do not have K anything you are NOT running Kleemann tuning and def not running there K2 file.

When will this board wake up and figure out that even a stock pulley car can blow up if it was not tuned well.

There is user error at fault for engines blowing up also.Like if you have junk plugs and wires, dead pump ect.

I know a K4 car built up and down with all of Kleemanns k4 parts and it had a 168 pulley and blew up.

We went to the track in an 85 deg day and pretty much had the track to our selves and we made 3 back to back passes and he was only trapping 115 and I was at 117 and he was pissed.

I only did 2 pulls becasue I knew it was bad and the car was super heat soaked to the point that you couldnt even touch the blower for a half second.

I went over and scanned the kids car and his AITs were 187D idle and my car was 130 ish and told him his pump is dead and to STOP tracking it and to fix the pump.

He did 4 or 5 back to back passes and I scanned his car and the temps were over 200 like 210 or something crazzy, the car had no codes and drove fine and idled fine and I told him to change the pump asap.I even set him up with my shop to do it for basically 50 bucks labor and he didnt install a new pump and kept on beating on it.

well 2 weeks later he texts me and say the car is shaking bad and is throwing a check engine and admited to racing all night the night before.I told him GOOD ****ing job you just blew up your engine and your a dumb *** for not changing the pump.

I was suprised the car lasted as long as it did to be honest lol.

It does get hot down in SoCal during summer especially inland and if your going to run a 190 you will definitely want to keep cooling in check. Check with Mike @ MBH and see what his brother is running in his CLS55 in the AZ heat.

Also I know that the MBH Heat Exchanger is big but what is its capacIty?
