Sounds like fun I'm in Gainesville so Orlando is not too much of a drive. Also I've got sis in law down in wpalm and the wife loves to visit there. So if u guys ever do decide I would definately try and get out to either locale especially if there is a long weekend involved. Nice Idea... Hope to see you around gl all

Wow, you don't have internet for a couple days and your thread goes wild 
I'm in the Clearwater area now. Before moving to Iowa, I was outside Orlando. Already loving it, although our new house is full to the gills with boxes. Family doesn't come down for about a month, so I'm going back to Iowa for a few weeks.
I know we're going to truly enjoy it. We have five kids under 6 and it was such a pain just getting them in their winter coats!
My wife and mother-in-law are flying down with the kids after I drive back in the 996. I suspect EVERYONE on that plane is going to hate them (5 year old, 18 month old twins, 1 month old twins).
Glad I get the peaceful drive.
I do like the idea of a meet, but as you can see from the last couple paragraphs, might not be easy for me.
