Made it to Florida
Just got in yesterday from a marathon drive from Iowa to Florida. 15 hours on Monday and 6 hours on Tuesday -- at least 6 of them in heavy fog. Apparently the entire US was foggy 
What a great car for this trip. Enjoyed the whole thing. Of course, the car is a mess right now, but it will be detailed tomorrow.
I fly back Saturday and in about three weeks repeat the trip in the 996TT. Love the car, but it won't be nearly as comfortable.
It will be nice to live in Florida again.

How long is the trip for you? I've never done it in the Benz but have in the Audi (with a straightpipe exhaust) and even a Buick Park Ave lol..takes 24 hours each way. We have lost a few good men to Florida from Boston..

florida ftw!!! i am stuck in nashville this part of the year for work and it sucks #SS! - grey skies and seattle like rain 90% of the time.... def makes me appreciate my FL a lot more!

We are talking about a central location not a south meet. There's not many members all the way down here. I'd like to meet other members from Florida.

But I'm planning something better than the regular meets, something that you can bring your family out and spend the day having fun, food and all, probably going to get a profesional photo shoot too and some raffles too. location will be south Florida but its nice if you guys set up something in central too.

Actually only like 1 members from up north came down to the first meet, the one that you didn't go and we were about 16 members solid, on the last one only like 6 members came out.

For all you that I know you have no clue what we are talking about, they make fun of me bc I say that very quick and with a Spanish tone. But mind you cris I never said no, I did encourage them to make a meet in central fl, but I'll say this, you won't want to miss out this one
