Supersprint catted full system dyno (NO TUNE):
- Manifold R.+L. 847401
- Front exhaust with metallic cat R. 846602
- Front exhaust with metallic cat L. 846622
- Centre exhaust R.+L. 847403
- OEM rear exhaust
Actual data:
Horsepower 507,4 @ 6505 rpm
Torque 610,9 @ 5225 rpm
E55 Headers:
The heat expansion of the exhaust system is a very critical factor on these 6.2 engines, and it often leads to the failure of one or more components, if the design does not take it into the proper consideration. The Supersprint headers, with their proprietary free-floating flanges and spring-loaded sealing rings, effectively neutralize all of the heat induced tensions placed on the individual pipes; provide the ideal resistance of the entire system to the thermal cycles, and a maintenance-free, long life.
The simple, yet effective leak-free design makes the Supersprint headers the only real performance headers on the market, which offers the same oem-comparable, or even better reliability in the long term.

2003 E55 AMG
Do the O2 sensors have to be lengthened at all with the Supersprint headers and what would be the estimated hp and tq gains for the full system on a stock E55 with no cats?

We have seen gains upwards of 40whp with these, even more when combining this with a tune.

this is something you really need to consider...LT's seem to be a ***** for leaking over time, supersprint design seems to have a fix for this in how they design their systems hmmm
mind you i have not tried it, but have not heard any owners complain!

Is this package complete from headers to mufflers? do i need any extra pipes or do they all bolt up ready to go? Also what is the power gain for this package for W211 E63? thanks

^^That is a full bolt-on and the complete exhaust system.
Here's a dyno on the W212 E63 with a full catted system. Going with the catless system as the Package 2 along with a tune will promote much higher gains.
Stock data:
Horsepower 464,5 Hp @ 6855 rpm
Torque 546,5 Nm @ 5260 rpm
Supersprint:

I am interested in a full system for my E55, I am running an aftermarket pulley but the ECU and everything else is BONE stock. My question is, where would I get a tune? I live in Houston.
