100k mileage E55 for sale, what should I do?
I've seen quite a few threads posted here about high mileage E55s for good prices and some people taking the risk with them. I came across:
2004 Black E55 with 106k miles (daily driven)
Factory Navigaton, KeyLESS GO, 6 Disk in dash CD player, Heated/Air Conditioned seats, Sunroof
Brand New tires, rotors, brake pads
Brand new OEM Fuel Pump
Very clean on the inside and out
For $15.9, willing to negotiate for a quick sale...
Obviously I cannot get a warranty on this, but if I could get this down to like $15k, is it worth buying it with the mileage?

I'm a bit of a DIY guy, mainly for simple japanese cars.. I've never owned or worked on a German car (especially one with this much technology), but the core concepts are all the same.
Trans fluid and filter
Spark plugs and wires
Valve cover guskets
Supercharger clutch bearing
Things to come- water pump (just noticed yesterday when I was doing the pulley that it has some play in it)
Diff. Fluid
Supercharger fluid
Some of those might not apply if somebody has maintenance records, but those are the things you should expect. I did all the work myself and parts are not that pricey. Definitly for 15k is worth every penney

Keep in mind, that no matter what the car sells for that AMG parts aren't exactly cheap.

1) Key only starts the car, doesn't lock/unlock
2) Minor dent in passenger fender
3) Airbag light is on (he's saying it's most likely from the dent in the fender)
4) Him and his buddy did the brake work and he said the brake light indicator is on in the dash.
Seems like quite some work to start... would have to take this to MB dealer to clear some of those lights I'd assume. Also, he was kinda annoyed by the thought of a PPI.. another thing that weirded me out. I might just pass on it...
