hey guys i received my e55 sunday and will post some pics when i figure out how to or, if i can from a ipad2. i did a search and nothing comes up for tampa bay area mechanic im wanting to upgrade the IC pump as soon as possible since im in south flordia. anybody in tampa know of a great fair priced mechanic ?

Yea they work on everything...thats near my house too but I think it was around 150 to 200

Variety of cars at usf lot of imports but plenty of domestic and euro cars there too...its held at the usf sun dome garage. Then we head to either gandy or courtney campbell bridges

@ yacht master I called c2 and they are charging way to much for johnson cm30 and labor 400 dollars way to much IMO after reading from several members say 150 - 250 tops

C2 is the best shop possibly in florida...but they are rediculously expensive. They do have a beautiful shop though.

Gandy is going to be a no go for awhile due to a car accident there 3weeks ago and courtney is usually fine untill people start being stupid

IC pump any competent mechanic can do

Should take 1/2 hour to do

Oh I just realized its just the pump...should only be about 100-150 at lutz

@joshM813 lutz Performance just called me back and said a little over 200 for the pump and 300 for labor WTF! hes said 2.9 hours of labor this is a rip off

If you were in Miami, id refer you to Star Motors

Sounds like Lutz consulted the labor book for this job

when you went did you just do a upgraded pump? im just trying to figure this out quick i have a feeling my pump is already dead after just 2 days of driving because when i first got the car on sunday it was pulling like a beast !! i would spend tires everytime i mashed the gas now its fast but just doesnt feel the same

Who did you talk to? Ill talk to them...because I didnt pay that much for the pump AND I/C install...
