My car does not produce the slightest bit of whine. I've never run into another 55k with a 168 so I have nothing to compare it too. I've heard plenty of 180 and larger pulley cars and they all whine. Sounds good Cal!

My car really started to scream once I changed my intake to a single 4" with a cone filter. I will try to post some pictures when I get a chance.
