Having a basic scan tool that can do some live data is a must for cars like ours.
Thank you so much for this information. I will report back tomorrow with some real intake temperature numbers.

Car is maintaining 120F-128F Intake Air temperatures on normal drive to work. 70MPH on I-95 outside temperature was 48F. Is this normal?

Get a new intercooler pump. If your IAT's are that high at cruise when it's that cold its bad.

^^^^^^ What he said.

With an ambient of 75 last weeknd mine didn't get above 128F during 3-4 bursts of heavy acceleration and fall back to 90-95F very quickly.

I have an EC larger HE and CM30 pump. I also don't have my circuit split.

I already ordered the Johnson CM30 Pump. The car does have the Evosport Cooling Package. This never came with an upgraded intercooler pump correct? It is just an upgraded main water pump that is included?!
Do you think that the Intr. Pump might be the culprit?

For all of you that need a new Intrc. Pump the cheapest I found was:

http://autoperformanceengineering.com/html/jabsco.html

The price is $145 shipped.
Use coupon code: starquest
Your total would be $123.25
This is awesome deal.

Hopefully this will fix my problem.

If it has the Evosport cooling package, the pump supplied replaces the stock Bosch HE pump. You'll need to contact Evosport for a replacement pump I believe.
