Iv been thinking of racing them at the track but dont know if they will let us.Maybe at a track event but it would be so sick to try.

I have this motor in one of my cars and I have a 9000kv mamba max motor in another.

The 9000k was a limited run and was off the market real fast lol.9000 rmps per volt and Im running 16 volts into it lol

thats over 140,000 rpms haha and with my gear would hit 170 if I could get it to do wot run long enough before it melts(litterally)

LOL - my son is big into the R/C scene recently, his LiPo Traxxas runs about 65-70mph, he often wants to race my E55 -but I scare him every time I turn toward his car

My cars are the old kits that came in a bunch of pieces and not like the new crap that is all pre built.

I have a lot of money invested into my rc cars and its easier for you to buy a cheap car off ebay to start with.

Like my hpi rs4 pro 4 car was 400 and came in pieces with not electronics.

Ill sell you the 9k motor if you want to kill someone walking on the street when the car takes off and does like 1000 flips and cartwheels smahing into parked cars if you want lol.

this speed control and motor is the same one in the video above.Its impossible to find the 9000kv motor now but the 7700k is a beast.

I don't know how you could keep them straight. I have a real old Traxxas nitro 4tec from 2000. It is said to go 60mph. That thing was hard enough to keep straight so I can't even imagine one that went double that if not more.

kinda pricey as you would still need a battery and remote.

a decent 3cell lipo will run you about 120-150 and about 200 for a remote

and if your going for speeds runs you need a really good radio to keep it from being glitchy and give you the range.I know you guys go big so here is one of the best radios you can buy.

Never built anything for high speed runs but I did race short course 4 x 4 for a while. All started with a Traxxas Rustler I bought just to have some fun on the street with, then started driving my friends Traxxas Slash at the track and the rest was history. Ended up a buying a Jammin (Ofna) SCRT10 4 x 4 with a Mamba speed control, Novak 4.5 550 long can sensored bushless motor and about 2k in extra parts as I was racing every weekend. Few pics of the boats I had as well, little 18" custom deep-vee that would run about 38mph and my 27" super-vee that would run 52mph on FLAT water.

I'm into R/C a little. Just picked up the Traxxas X0-1:
