******How do you pin a W211 E55 crank with it still in the motor, come on in******
I am starting to believe in the statement, “ why fix something that is not broken.“
Why not just grind the crank like I did and be done with it. I took a whole 30 minutes to fix my issue.

Once the hole is drilled through the crank pulley, the above sleeve will be taken off and the other tool inserted for drilling and pinning the crank. A Karbide drill bit is been used with cutting oil, so I will let you guys know what happens. The drilling should commense sometime today homeys!

Interested to see the results.
All of this was down with the motor in its original position, the radiator did have to be removed for extra space. I will have pics up shortly.

Been a long build my friend, went in Jan 10, and it is almost April
