I really don't know what to make of this action?
To me it seem like a blatant punishment to make a example of Shardul to all of us.
Surely the guy that handed down the hammer has to realize this is not a popular decision
Banning a guy that was trying to help his freind. Even if Shardul was guilty of bending the rules of the TOU, a little discretion by whichever mod could be used instead of the Stalin approach.

I sell stuff on here more than the average joe. doesn't mean I need to be a sponsor to sell. Shardul was just helping out his buddy parting out his car and shouldn't have been banned for it. If he were selling NEW parts well below sponsors prices, then I can see where all this is coming from.
