I really don't know what to make of this action?
To me it seem like a blatant punishment to make a example of Shardul to all of us.
Surely the guy that handed down the hammer has to realize this is not a popular decision
Banning a guy that was trying to help his freind. Even if Shardul was guilty of bending the rules of the TOU, a little discretion by whichever mod could be used instead of the Stalin approach.

He's helping Hadi part out his car. Hadi had shoulder surgery a few days ago. You might not be privy to this information, but I am, as I know both of them personally. The fact that Hadi bought the car back is the reason given in the PM that Scott posted.

I've never seen anyone else banned for a part-out thread.

I sell stuff on here more than the average joe. doesn't mean I need to be a sponsor to sell. Shardul was just helping out his buddy parting out his car and shouldn't have been banned for it. If he were selling NEW parts well below sponsors prices, then I can see where all this is coming from.

I think I know Shardul and what he does a little better than you. Yes he did try sell headers on here and got rapped over the knuckles for that. He then went off to Planet Supercar where he can sell whatever he wants with no reprisal from MODS thus his selling activities over here have been to help NUMEROUS members with all sorts of issues and selling has been limited to helping part out Hadi's car.

He never took the opportunity to sell anything else, which includes headers, pulleys, cooling tanks etc.

So get your facts straight first and quit your whining!
