Best Waste of $3K?

Boss lady says I get a budget of $3k to **** away on my car, no questions asked. I thinking about either a Rentech aribox or pair of Eisenmanns. Cost to my door would be about the same and both are best quality pieces. Which way to go (car already has tune, pully and headers)?

I would go with 82mm throttle body and 550cc inj, along with a closed loop fuel rail. That right there will probably net you another 30-40rwhp and added safety, win win.... If you want a louder exhaust, straight pipe the mufflers.

Eisenmann, FTW. It's the only mod on my car that was worth EVERY shiny penny I spent on it.

+1 if you already have cooling package (H/E, pump, spacers, etc...)

Also maybe wheels and tires? (Not sure if you're still running the OE 18's.)

Just a heads up. Not a lot is gonna give you butt dyno results at this point. However, you would see a nice bump with a VRP style Carbino airbox mated to an 80 or 82mm throttle body.

Don't go cams, this would be the wise choice OR Chawkins post.

Can't go wrong with either.

Also consider the EC TCU tune. No power increase but fun FUN FUN!!!

I would have agreed but have since met a girl named Molly.

3k would keep me and her happy for a solid 10 days straight.

Thanks for some of the suggestions, but all I really wanted was opinions on the two options I already said I wanted to **** my money away on:

I'm thinking the airbox since it at least has the potential to add some incremental power. The mufflers just add different sound.

Air box wont do too much, but go for it.. Nothing like spending $1,500 for 10 hp..
