W211 E55 service intervals

W211 E55 service intervals
Hello all.
I'm a UK-based BMW M5 owner but I'm thinking of changing to a W211 E55.
This one:

has had services at the following intervals:
20k, 30k, 39k, 56k, 88k and 117k.
It's now on 120k.
32k and 29k between services seems a bit much to me.
Should I be worried/walk away from this one or are these intervals normal?
