Gents -

For those that did the E63 conversion themselves --- are the parktronic sensors
labelled and is there a specifc order that then need to be plugged in ?

I recently had a body shop do my E63 conversion and my partronic freaks out picking up cars in other lanes when stopped.

Help....

 

the wiring just goes round the bumper so pretty hard to mess it up

 

Just wonder if their is an order the sensors get plugged in ?do the sensors plug into a harness ?

 

mine is messed up...shop fried the sensors...STAR should be able to tell you which ones are busted.

 

Anyone got an exploded diagram ? Just wondering if there is an order to the 3 sensors a side ? Maybe mine are switched.

maybe the range needs to be recalibrated via star diagnostics.

 

digging this back up. For those that did their own front bumper mount.

Do the sensors have a labelled order. I'm wondering if the shop plug the side sensor into the front location hence the weird range.

 

Why wouldn't you have marked/labeled them prior to removing them?
