Rock, my opinion would be that of Vics. I agree sell the wheels outright and throw some sotckers on. Parting out the rest of the car would be a pain and in the long run not worth your time or gain. I do have someone that I know will pay cash for a nicely modded car like yours.

Okay guys, I have decided to sell my car as-is for $29,000. If I cannot sell it for that amount, I will part it out and trade in the stock car. The car has 54,4xx miles and has never seen snow. It is in excellent condition. PM me if you need any details. The car is in Ohio.
The details of my car are as follows:
Factory options include:
• Pan sunroof
• DVD/Nav
• Rear sun shade
• 6 disc CD changer and MP3 port
• Elect trunk closer
• Keyless Go
• Lighting package
• Brilliant Silver
• Charcoal/ Charcoal interior
Aftermarket modifications include:
• Kleemann K2 with powder coat headers
• Kleemann LSD
• Evosport cross-drill floating rotors
• Pagid pads
• VRP airbox, engine cover and python tubes
• LETmotorsports Heat exchanger
• Eurotek Valentine One custom radar detector with etched RVM display
• Brabus front CF lip
• EuroArt CF rear diffuser
• Clear side lenses
• AMG flat hood emblem
The price of the car does not include the BBS LMs. The factory five-spokes are on and nearly perfect. I will also include all original factory parts including rotors and brake pads. The car has PS2s on it now (60% tred) plus I would give you a set of Conti tires (90% tred) The car does not currently have a factory warranty.

Part out for sure! Stock, clean 55 will go for big$$$$$
I have cash on hand for the valentine mirror and headers. I would provide my stock mirror as well. GLWS. Enjoy the new whip. It will be awesome!

The car is available. If interested in the history, I can provide the dealership and the master MB technician that has done all service and maintenance. The sale of the car would likely go through the MB dealership that I am purchasing my new car from.

My friend is interested in the car, as it is today, with all the mods on it. Can you email me a bunch of pics of the outside and inside?

Wow sorry to see her go Rock! That beast is an original. I'm sure you can find a buyer for her as is no problem if that's the way you want to go.

Dave...GLWS! I know it was tough for me to see my E55 go...really a great car for that "era" and now just a great car for someone who wants a rocket sled at a manageable price. With your other goodies on the 55, it is almost like the new owner stole the car.
BUT the new TT (whether it is the Mercedes or the BMW) are so tempting...the power of our old cars with new tech. I'm waiting on the second gen versions and then may wait another year so AMG depreciation can do its black magic.
I've promised myself I will NEVER buy an AMG new...

If I was as wise as you I could also build a much faster GTR.

So I have posted true and updated pictures on my E55 (all shot today). I am still negotiating with a couple of dealerships so I am not sure how fast I will be ready to sell. Shoot me a pm if you are patient and interested.

Gosh Darnit! I'll have to pass on this one it doesn't have cooled seats!
I am very picky as to options but the mods make this car a steal for whomever purchases it. Thank You!
