Props and truth that AMG literally IGNITED the horsepower wars with the W211 55 but let's just be honest. This new W212 kicks our cars a$$es on just about everything. It's handling would makes us break down and cry, with a simple push of a button it's near 700hp that it can run on flawlessly for years (amg knew damn well what we were getting with that tune...sheet it was FROM a guy at AMG).....and the damn tranny...ohhhh that tranny. I honestly think that if you timed the gear shifts on ALL 7 gear changes. It would be less than or perhaps even with the time it takes for ONE change of 1st-2nd with the slushy machines.
yourself in traffic when you saw fully facelifted & factory Supercharged 2003 E55 w211 & heard
it's blower whine then later realize it's got 150 more HP & TQ
Or even worse sporting a NON-turboCharged v12 SL, then see a
V12 BITURBO facelifted SL & realize it's got DOUBLE your Torque..
