Im lucky to have both but I would take the Pano if I had to decide...I know it adds weight but it's very nice, the keyless go is just a novelty imo.

E55 amg k4 and evo6 & Audi a4 b8
The black one sounds a better deal ....drive both and see which feels better but 06 on resale will have better value I assume
