I'm in NY and I know exactly what the emission inspection process is and I never have issue with getting cars to pass NYS inspections.

Beautiful. I was in no way attacking this product. I don't know if it was taken in that manner. Fact is I was waiting for a bolt on longtube headers solution with less restriction than the OEM log mani with choked up cat(s) that I could run with 02's enabled and no CEL. When you say it is "in the tune", what are you referring to? I have an EC tune. I would have my car remote dyno tuned post install of these headers. Does this mean if I stay with the same tuner I am not guaranteed the CEL will not come on without disabling 02? I am asking because I am interested and want details in advance-not to bash the product.

OP - did you ever get this resolved?
I have the exact same setup - TTM LTH, spacers on the rear O2's, & EC Tune. I already replaced both upstream O2 sensors and had Jerry retune it but I keep getting the P2198 code.
Any other suggestions?
