Since then I've had the car retuned by Jeremy and no CEL's whatsoever.

What does this all mean?
I think you posted in my recent thread:

I had the same - Catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1 and 2 codes
I dont know about your area, but AZ requires O2 sensors to show ready. Eurocharged does not know how to turn off the O2 to show ready (at least for E55). You will have to send your ECU to Kleemann if you need the O2 sensors off and ready.
Bummer man....
I will call you today. I have an idea on how to deal with this quick and easy. We should not have to but it is what it is.
On the note of the sensors being swapped the 6.3 ecu can actually detect this pretty much instantly.
Btw, you Mercedes guys in the Bellevue area that need work done to your cars ie..STAR lowering, repairs, or install your LT headers
than Russell is the man! Will I pass emission tests during inspection or would I have to figure something out to go around it?
Have you actually hooked up the catted E63 to compare the emission levels?

Maybe find a tuner that knows how to tune for it. I also have the prototype E55 header car that ran for over 150 miles and 8-10 key cycles with NO TUNE and there were no CEL's.
Seems pretty obvious to me.
