When these failures happen why are you not calling the shops insurance company as all ASA certified shops have to carry insurance that cover issues like this? In my case the bolt backed out, pulley came off and tore up my crank. My engine was replaced under the shops insurance after the insurance adjuster saw the bolt laying on the bottom of the belly pan.
I hope everyone lets the dust settle and we as a community get this resolved.

I'm going to close the thread for now. While this story may be true, it is second hand. There are many parties that are involved with this unfortunate situation and we would like to keep the information as accurate as possible.
