E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
Wondering...

why BBS doesn't recommend the 20" fitment on 211, or if it would work?

I tried them; the 20's don't fit correctly as a result of offset issues.

Hmmm...

my guess is that there is just not a part number for 211 that's just right. The 20" in the front should be the same part number as the 230. But the 230 wheel will not work in the back, needs about 10 more mm. And it can't be smart cost wise for another unique part number.
Any results with your car? I've had a couple things go sideways here, but if that changes....Thanks.

No, the wheels mount too far outboard; spacers would push them further outward.

I bought same 19" wheels from a great forum member here. Just installed the Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires. Waiting for spring to put them on the car. Photos don't do justice how nice these wheels look in person.
