Does anyone have part throttle surging?
Only when driving VERY slow, my car lunges back and forth sometimes when I'm in heavy traffic and it's kinda bothersome. It feels as if the throttle would blip open and the shut quickly and then blip open again. Usually at near idle rpms and 5-10mph. My wife doesn't feel it in the passenger seat so it's not a big kick or anything but man does it bother me.
My car has done this for a long time already but I keep forgetting to post it up...anyone have similar issues?

Welcome to the world of larger pulley's. This is from the supercharger clutch engaging. A surge of boost pressure causes the ecu to respond with the good old kick in the pants. I asked Jerry once if he could get rid of it and he said he couldn't. The bigger the pulley, the bigger the surge.

It's not the supercharger kicking in. I'm talking about near idle acceleration and barely even touching the accelerator pedal. When the supercharger kicks in it'll buck pretty good and I can hear the supercharger whining but it takes more throttle input for this to happen.

I get the kinda clunky shifts driving really slow in a parking lot but no surges, its like the tranny dosnt know what your doing and shifts then upshifts and its somtimes not smooth.
I have to get my car tb re calibrated at the dealer,I changed out my gas pedel and they said sometimes its plug and play but sometimes it causes this surge and will throw a 505 code.
not even 10 min after changing the pedal I got a code thrown and i even put the oem tb back on and its still doing this, there are a lot of hiden limp modes the car goes into that will not show up on a reg scan and you might just need the tb calibrated at the dealer...and Im not talking about the wire trick of unplugging it,I mean having them adjust your rpms to match what the car thinks it needs and fighting to hit in its target range.
My car changed the way it feels by just swapping a gas pedel,it feels like a totally different car now and I hate it.

It is tune related. My car also does that man, although it never did that on the old gas pump tune. It surges a descent amount with the 1000cc injectors at idle every 10 seconds. The surge is roughly 150rpms and if you try take off from a stop when it is in the surge she will Buck on you. Nothing I can do about it unless I run a stand alone.
Was your car tuned for part throttle in the box tune, it might just need a tweak. Any surging or hesitation between shifts is 99% of the time tune related.

This is not a tune/upgrade issue. I am bone stock minus k&ns and I get this too. Except mines at speeds usually bellow 15-20 mph. Its like its literally acelerating and braking in bery fast but strong intervals. Extremely annoying.

You can recalibrate with star also, there's a function that it tells you rev to a certain range and then it calibrates it, however check with your tuner first

GT ER, does your girl surge when you are at idle in park, or is it only when driving very slowly?

Mine does this sometimes too, I thought it was just the way I was driving it...too slow.
If you have a drink in your hand, you are gonna be wearing it. Mine's stock.

Listening to you guys makes me wonder. If I accerate hard from a stop, my car will "hesitate" or seemingly lose power for a microsecond in first...sometimes it will lurch back and forth. It will sometimes have the blip or hesitation in second when accelerating. MB says its the tranny shifting up then down, but I don't really buy that. I don't remember the car doing it when I bought it, but it's definitely annoying! I've been told that the MB tranny is very sensitive to dirt or contaminants in the fluid and the slightest bit of alien material/fluid...or if the level is off just a little...can cause the tranny to act out of the ordinary. I figured I'd do the tranny flush...completely...even though it's not due.
