yum, what happens if i dont do the D service, the warning popped up about 30 days ago, but my next oil change schedule is in july, so i was going to wait till then to get the D service, or i may have to do it mid this month, anyways anyone know how much the D service costs and what it covers? every time i call the dealer, they tell me there is only an A and B service

Was the motor still functional?
If so let that be a testament to the durability of the M113 as well as a testament to the stupidity of the owner
$100 + 20 minutes and your oil is changed...

That oil still looks wet whereas I'd expect the oil to be cooked or dryer looking

I've seen that so many times. I replaced a 5.7l hemi in a ram 3500 dually years ago and the guy said "didn't have time to change it". Well $7k later he wish he did. In my diesel I run synthetic with a centrifuge filter and go 25k-35k between oil changes and also send sample for lab analysis. Never had a problem.
